This policy applies to avirob.com, including the main site, pilot intake page, connect page, and related website pages controlled by AviRob. It does not govern third-party platforms you may open from the site, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Cal.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and any notes you provide in the pilot intake form or by email.
• Scheduling information you provide when booking through Cal.com.
• Basic website usage data if you accept analytics cookies, including page views, CTA clicks, referral and UTM data, and approximate technical metadata gathered through Google Analytics.
• Essential browser storage used for theme preference, cookie preference, and session-level attribution needed to understand campaign entry only after analytics consent is granted.
• Standard server or platform logs created by hosting and infrastructure providers for security and reliability.

• To respond to inquiries, pilot requests, and business conversations.
• To schedule and manage calls or pilot follow-up.
